    香港功夫電影《危城》在台賣出2000萬票房，劉青雲特地展現冷面笑將的功力，不計形象錄製爆笑短片，他演完也忍不住擔心地問：「我的形象會不會全毀了啊！」之前他曾對古天樂用替身一事開玩笑，古日前公開「親自」拍上吊戲的辛苦，「導演要我演到『差點斷氣』才喊卡」，希望觀眾看到演員的誠意後多進影院捧場。

    由於古天樂在片中以「上吊自殺」威脅劉青雲，把白袍當作白綾套在自己脖子上，為演出口吐白沫模樣，把「牙膏和餅乾碎屑混著吃」，再吐到全身都是，短短幾秒鐘的戲拍了很久，只因導演陳木勝希望能拍到「差不多斷氣的樣子」才肯放下來。古還長時間待在片中「牢房」，但連日大雨屋頂漏水，場地還有蝨子、小蟲，得出動火槍滅蟲，環境十分惡劣，連坐著也能感受到蝨子跳動。該片全台放映中。
